Systems Analyst - DC        
JOB REQUIREMENT:

Must possess U.S. Master’s degree (will accept Bachelor's plus 5 yr. exp.) in Computer Science, Compute Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields. Must have legal proof of work authorization in the United States, 40 hours/week, travel required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Analyze current system / network requirements and procedures to determine operational efficiency and functionality; Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify current system / network; Review system / network capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system; Plan and prepare technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development; Provide technical support to in-house development projects.

Program Manager - OH

We currently have the following requirement for a position of Program Manager:

The successful applicant will supervises a group of contract/technical employees. He or she will manage business and technical activities relating to multiple major contract task area, organizes, directs, coordinates planning and monitors technical activities, schedule and cost elements of the program. He or she also requires to resolving technical, schedule and cost issues and serve as the primary point of contact between task employees and the contract's program manager. Minimum responsibility includes:
  • Must have proven expertise in the management and control of costs and resources and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task programs.
  • Minimum Experience:
  • Ten (10) years of progressive information technology experience in large-scale computer/communications support activities such as computer operations, data communications, network design, or maintenance activities.
  • Five (5) years of specific experience in managing the overall operating functions of a modern medium or large-scale computer environment including responsibility for such activities as computer network operations, hardware and software maintenance and customer support.
  • Minimum Education:
  • Master Degree from an accredited university. Specific Experience:
  • Expert knowledge in ITSM Model development and implementation.
  • Remedy 7 implementation knowledge and experience.
  • ITIL Certification

    UNIX System Administrator        
    Array Information Technology, a rapidly growing company with a 10-year history of providing IT services to Government clients, requires a UNIX System Administrator with 5 years’ experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    The administrator will operate, configure and maintain a data center with networked Sun Microsystems servers and workstations running Solaris and with PCs running Linux (Fedora) and Solaris. Systems reside both on a LAN at our Greenbelt, MD, headquarters, Melbourne, FL, and at facilities requiring remote administration. Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of real-time data streams received and transmitted via VSAT (using Java applications) and via Internet is required. Duties include installation of hardware and software, managing and archiving data, performing command and control of the systems and data flow, monitoring state-of-health of unattended remote systems, and performing backups and archiving of data on tapes, DVDs and CDs.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Minimum of 5 years experience in network security, VPN administration, and operation of routers, switches, and hardware and software firewalls is required. Knowledge of scripting, C/C++ and SQL programming is needed, with Java and .NET a plus. Some domestic and foreign travel is required, as is on-call status for 24/7 operations. US citizenship is required.


    Geophysicists and Senior Geophysicists        
    Array Information Technology, a rapidly growing company with a 10-year history of providing geophysical services to a variety of clients, has immediate openings to fill in seismoacoustic monitoring, analysis, research and development.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    These positions are to support seismic and infrasound data analysis and research efforts in the Melbourne, FL, San Francisco, CA, and Boston, MA, offices.

    The duties include collaboration with researchers in the government, national laboratories, academia, industry, and international organizations; work as part of a team as well as autonomously with broad direction; prepare proposals, reports, publications, and give presentations; and support development and production of data products.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Effective verbal and written communication skills are required. Experience in the installation and maintenance of seismic and infrasound instrumentation; related computer systems (hardware and software) and network installation and configurations; and knowledge of computer programming languages (C, C++, JAVA, FORTRAN and scripting), applications (Antelope, GIS, Matlab, SAC, and GMT), UNIX/Linux/Microsoft Windows and Oracle/SQL are highly desirable.
    Geophysicists
    Requires a Masters Degree in seismology, geophysics or associated field plus 5-10 years experience, US citizenship, and domestic and some foreign travel. Current national security clearance is preferred.
    Senior Geophysicists
    Requires a Doctorate Degree in seismology, geophysics or associated field plus 5-10 years experience, US citizenship, and domestic and some foreign travel. Current national security clearance is preferred.


    Web Developer        
    Requirements:
    - Associates Degree in Computer Science (mandatory), Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Related Discipline.
    - MCSE with Server 2003, minimum five years experience
    - Security +
    - Secret Clearance
    - Knowledge and experience with SQL Server and creating of SQL Queries
    - Knowledge and experience with ASP and Web Development
    - Coding experience in Perl, VBS, WMI, and .NET a plus.
    - Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated
    - Excellent Communications Skills, Must be able to interact with IT Engineering Leads/Engineers in meetings and one-on-one to plan, implement and provie ongoing support for Enterprise-wide projects.
    - Must be proficient in administration of Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory domains, Windows 2000/2003 Server and Workstation, knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and Visual Studio 2005.

    Individual will be responsible for:
    - Participate as a member of the Web Development Team. Work direction will come from the Web Team Lead and government POC.
    - Ongoing support of SharePoint and .NET Applications.
