June, 2009 - ARRAY Announces Appointment of Anthony Clayton as Sr. Director, Public Sector Back to top

Array Information Technology, Inc. (ARRAY), a leading small business provider of information technology solutions to the Federal government, announced that Anthony Clayton will join the company as Sr. Director, Public Sector. He will report to Sumeet Shrivastava, President of ARRAY. In his role, Anthony will be responsible for overseeing ARRAY’s operations at the Department of State, in addition to guiding ARRAY’s expansion strategy in the Law Enforcement and Public Safety arena.

May, 2009 - ARRAY Announces Appointment of Andre Etherly as Vice President of Business Development Back to top

Array Information Technology, Inc. (ARRAY), a leading small business provider of information technology solutions to the Federal government, announced that Andre Etherly will join the company as Vice President of Business Development. He will report to Sumeet Shrivastava, President of ARRAY. In his role, Andre will be responsible for the strategic direction and operations of the full life-cycle of business development – solutions, capture, proposal and sales.

Prior to joining ARRAY, Andre held leadership positions with small and large companies in the DC metropolitan area including BDM/TRW, Reltek Systems and Design, Inc., Cairo Corporation and most recently Keane Federal Systems. At Keane, Andre built Keane’s DHS EAGLE business from scratch and led Keane to multiple key wins in this space.

April, 2009 - Array selected to support the USAF 516th ASW Back to top

Array Information Technology (ARRAY) has been selected to provide follow on IT support to the USAF 516th Aeronautical Systems Wing. Under this contract, ARRAY provides support for the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) organizations Communications and Information (C&I) systems functions. The 516th directs the modernization, development, test, production, deployment and sustainment of C-17 aircraft, F117 engine, support, and training systems.

April, 2009 - ARRAY awarded contract to support AFTAC Back to top

ARRAY is pleased to announce the contract award with the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC) to assist in building a premier test location at their Pinedale Seismic Research Facility (PSRF) located in Boulder, Wyoming. ARRAY will be responsible for procuring the required equipment to support this site; identify, draft and qualify test procedures that fully characterize infrasound, hydroacoustic and seismic equipment and systems; to install and qualify newly procured equipment; and to provide training to engineers and technicians. PSRF operates a 14-element teleseismic array used to monitor compliance of U.S. bilateral and international nuclear test ban treaties.

"This contract represents an important extension to our long-term, ongoing seismological work with AFTAC. This new facilitity represents a critical capability for AFTAC in continuing to provide leading-edge, global seismic monitoring and analysis," said Dr. Hafidh Ghalib, Vice President of Advanced Technology

March, 2009  –  ARRAY awarded Web Content Management System Support Service for Department of State Back to top

ARRAY is pleased to announce the award of a 2 year contract with the Department of State International Information Program (IIP) to provide services that will ensure 24x7x365 support for 800+ CMS customers in the daily task of web design, development, production, training and support of IIP and posts web sites.

February, 2009 - Operations Support for Seismo-Acoustic Array Stations (OSSAS) Back to top

ARRAY is pleased to announce the award of a 5 year contract with the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC) to operate and maintain two seismic station and seismoacoustic arrays for near real-time acquisition of data using established transmission and archiving formats. AIT is currently operating and providing command and control of the two facilities in support of the United States National Data Center (US NDC) and has deployed such stations and arrays along major tectonic regions under previous contracts.

"This contract compliments and extends ARRAY’s capability to design, integrate, install, operate and maintain seismic station and seismoacoustic arrays," said Dr. Hafidh Ghalib, Vice President of ARRAY’s Advanced Technology Division.

Array Information Technology, Inc. He will report to Sumeet Shrivastava, President of ARRAY. In his role, Karl will define and support major technical thrusts within ARRAY, provide senior leadership across projects, and lead/support business development and proposal activities.

Karl is a DoD/Federal Enterprise Architect and Senior Business Strategist with over 15 years of hands-on experience designing and building large-scale and enterprise solutions. He established and ran a corporate Architecture Leadership Council that managed technical solutioning and proposal development for major ($25M+) business pursuits and defined corporate strategic technical direction. His clients have included US Intelligence Agencies, US Air Force, US Navy, and multiple Fortune 100 commercial companies. Karl’s areas of expertise include SOA, Knowledge/Data Centers, Enterprise and Legacy System Integration, and Enterprise Collaboration.

He will report to Brian Leung, CEO of ARRAY. In his role, he will provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry; develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives for revenue growth.

Mr. Shrivastava served as Senior Vice President of Public Sector Solutions at Keane, Inc. before joining ARRAY. His vision and leadership drove the growth and success of Keane’s Public Sector. Mr. Shrivastava served as Executive Vice President and COO of ANSTEC, a successful Federal and State Government contractor, where he assumed responsibility for client management, operations, human resources and business development, after first serving as ANSTEC’s CFO.
